« We love grand pins The staff and facilities are exceptional The adult pool renovation is brilliant The only negative is that the pool side can get v slippy - my dad slipped / tripped and needs stitches to his elbow which meant he couldn’t use the pool for our holiday »

« We enjoyed the Zen area but had to speak to a staff member about under 18's and people not wearing bands using the pool. We were unhappy about the condition of our pitch (624) as it was untidy and had lots of high weeds on it. We felt that a toilet block was needed in the new area. We were also unhappy with being allocated a pitch near the play areas when we were a family of three adults. »

« I know the booking of a "club atmosphere campground" was my fault but overall I can say it was too busy, too big, too far away from the beach (we were in the last row - 15 minute walk to the beach gate), too loud, too bright at night. If you want party, animation and sports programme and a kids club this is the place to be. As soon as you walk over the dune you can hear the noise from the campground. The streets are well lit at night which I think is just disturbing. The staff is just 100% friendly, the lifeguards at the beach were actually awake and doing a good job 😀 »

« Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied, but I do have a couple of small remarks. The edge of the bed in the main bedroom (Oceanic 016) is very sharp and not easily visible. Unfortunately, I bumped my shin there several times and ended up with bruises. The mirror is also placed in an awkward spot and would be much more practical in the living area, where there is more space. I also missed having a few more hooks to hang things on, which would be very helpful. In addition, the socket at the entrance sometimes came loose when unplugging devices. Finally, in the mornings it was occasionally quite loud due to deliveries to the supermarket and bakery. »

« Entertainment was good. Little privacy with the way the pitches are on the campsite - too many too close together. Services/shops all very good. Restaurant service was slow. »

« We had a fantastic holiday. Very clean, well maintained site. Good facilities and great location. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. Only thing that lets it down is no a/c or bbq in the premium accommodation. Premium cottage felt basic compared to others we’ve stayed in at Ciela village. Only one fan in a 3 bedroom cottage so unbearably hot during the 40c heatwave! »

« As expected which is why we return year on year. Only comment on the changes would be the restaurant combined into one. The menu is somewhat limited and could do with a few more options for children. »

« Sehr schöner Platz, gut organisiert. Leider ist das Wasser im Pool sowohl im Zenbereich als auch im Kinderpool und Whirlpool zu kalt ist. Wenigstens ein Becken sollte warm sein, um bei Wind und nicht so heißen Temperaturen schwimmen zu können. Auch für Kinder wäre ein warmes Becken schön. »
